If you live abroad, you can incorporate and register your company in Portugal using our address as its head office. We handle the mail and email everything scanned. Support in Portuguese and English.
FAQ
What people usually ask
Can I use the address as my company's tax address?
Yes. Companies, branches and associations can list our address as their registered office and tax domicile.
And as a personal address?
No. For individuals, article 19 of the Portuguese General Tax Law requires the habitual residence as tax domicile. The address can be used as a professional or commercial address, never as a personal tax domicile.
Do you accept registered and signed-for post?
Yes, including notices from the tax and social security authorities.
How long do you keep the mail?
We keep everything that arrives for 60 days. Within that period you can collect it at our premises in Funchal, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or ask us to post it to you — in which case the forwarding fee listed under pay-as-you-go applies.
Is there a minimum term?
The contract runs for one year and renews automatically for equal periods, unless either party gives 30 days' written notice.
Is it worth paying for the whole year up front?
It is. On Basic you pay \u{20AC}350 instead of \u{20AC}420, and on Digital \u{20AC}490 instead of \u{20AC}588 — two months free either way. On top of that, the \u{20AC}25 setup fee only applies to monthly billing. Over the first year the difference is \u{20AC}95 on Basic and \u{20AC}123 on Digital.
I have more than one company. Can I register both here?
You can, and the second one gets 50% off. Both companies' mail arrives at the same address and goes through the same handling, so charging full price twice would make no sense. It is common for groups with a holding and a trading company.
Can I use the address before the company exists?
You can. We pre-book it so you can already state the address during incorporation.
Do I have to log into a portal to see my mail?
No. Everything comes by email — the notification and, on the Digital plan, the scan itself as an attachment. No passwords, no client areas.
