Tax address
Use our address as your company's registered office and tax domicile. All mail arrives, including registered and signed-for post.
Mail handling
We receive and log everything. On the Digital plan we scan it and email it the same day.

An email whenever mail arrives, naming the sender, so you know straight away whether it's urgent.
Non-residents
A company in Portugal, from anywhere in the world
If you live abroad, you can incorporate and register your company in Portugal using our address as its head office. We handle the mail and email everything scanned. Support in Portuguese and English.
FAQ
What people usually ask
Can I use the address as my company's tax address?
Yes. Companies, branches and associations can list our address as their registered office and tax domicile.
And as a personal address?
No. For individuals, article 19 of the Portuguese General Tax Law requires the habitual residence as tax domicile. The address can be used as a professional or commercial address, never as a personal tax domicile.
Do you accept registered and signed-for post?
Yes, including notices from the tax and social security authorities.
How long do you keep the mail?
We keep everything that arrives for 60 days. Within that period you can collect it at our premises in Funchal, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, or ask us to post it to you — in which case the forwarding fee listed under pay-as-you-go applies.
Is there a minimum term?
The contract runs for one year and renews automatically for equal periods, unless either party gives 30 days' written notice.
Can I use the address before the company exists?
You can. We pre-book it so you can already state the address during incorporation.
Do I have to log into a portal to see my mail?
No. Everything comes by email — the notification and, on the Digital plan, the scan itself as an attachment. No passwords, no client areas.
